Mts — MTS Service on simple process to activate new connection

Hi, I have been facing too heavy issue with MTS since last 10 days. I purchased a new MTS Mblaze Data Card, gave documents and paid amount for device, on 10th Jan. As far as everybody knows, activation for any Data Card doesn't take more than 1-2 days. For me, it took 10 days even after I called to customer care every day. Every day when I called them, they tomorrow. Lots of tomorrows went away, even after sending escalation mails to Nodal and Appellate officers, they took more time to activate. I don't understand where this customer service is running away. After reading this incident, hopefully if its clear to other customers. Please everybody think once before you opt for MTS service.
