The complaint reference number is MAY/5493.
I raised an complaint on 14-May-2015 for MTS Blaze speed issue, which I was getting a download speed of <50Kbs, where my plan is Rs 999 for 30 GB/month at a speed of 3.1 Mpbs.
But the customer care replied that for my location (Velachery, Chennai) max speed limit is 400Kbs. But that is also not received by me. When I questioned them, why I have to pay Rs999 for 400Kbs speed. They are simply asking sorry for it, and telling about alternate plans that I can use. If they can’t provide the maximum promised speed of 3.1Mps then why are they selling the product after reaching the max limits?
I don’t know how they are satisficing the customer by providing 400Kbs for a location by collecting hive price.
