I have bought a MTS 3G data card couple of months back. The subject company is released a lot of advertisements on the internet, television, radio about the bandwdith speed and service it provided to its customers. I also bough the data card after coming under this influence, however, soon after purchasing the same, I have realized that the bandwith speed committed by the organisation under 3G plan is 14MBPS, however, the speed delivered by my device is barely 500 KBPS which is way below the expectations. After contacting the customer care I was informed that my place comes under high usage area and the team is working on it and soon the issue would be resolved, however, till date the issue still persists. I marked some emails to them stating that my work is getting effected due to speed performance, they just offered some troubleshooting steps, i tried all the relivent troubleshooting steps but it did not help. Since i was not getting good speed as promised i had to bare the loss of around 10000 Rs. as i was not able to complete my office work assigned to me during the weekends (2000 Rs. for weekend - Saturday and Sunday). I asked for some alternative but they were not even able to provide me any alternative so that i can complete my work nor they offer any of their representative to visit my place and test my device and the speed i am getting. i was so frustrated that i just asked to cancel my services over the email and they just did it without even giving any other type of solution, and they are also asking me to pay the bill for the service i did not get and even i lost money due to their service.
