I have purchased one WiFi Data card from Ten Digital two weeks ago and till now i am unable to use that. At the time of purchase they said we have a very good connectivity over there but still i am not finding coverage or range at my place due which I got inconvenience to use the facilities.
I have raised complaint twice and every time I am getting response from MTS that we are unable to connect with you and your complaint has been closed or resolved but the problem is still as it is. Was this information helpful? |
