I had purchased a MTS Data card for internet access, no- [protected]. From the beginning it was not working properly, Speed is very low, sometimes it disconnected automatically. And for the past 1 month I was not able to connect and use my net at all. I have logged many complain from last few months. They tried to solve it on over phone but it did not get solved and they use to close my complain. So I decided to disconnect the mts connection by calling customer care.
But every time they say that they will arrange a callback within 4 hours and I need to talk to the team for the closure once they call me. But I do not get any phone calls after that. Why shall I pay the bills without using the internet at all? This is a policy of MTS to harass their customers.
If this keeps on going I will be bound to lodge a legal complaint against them for harassing me. Was this information helpful? |
