Hello Sir/Mam,
I Udit Rana(MDN: [protected]) facing a network and speed problem in my area PIN: 110036 from day one when I purchased MTS blaze.
Now the problem is I have filed complaints around 10-11 times but nothing has solved.On 23rd Dec, 2014 I had a talk wiith one of your customer care employee, who said that your problem is serious so we allow only you to get refund of your device by paying your bill on prorata basis but when I approached retail outlet(Adarsh Nagar) it's owner Gaurav Khurana deny the fact. I have also recording of conversation with customer care employee.
Please help, otherwise I will take some legal action.
