Mts — New Connection [protected] 1 week over but not activated. | |||
Hi, New Connection taken on[protected], still my documents are not submitted and verification also has not happen. Sales person (Virendra Mishra, [protected]), he everyday gives me a false commitment that verification will done today but that TODAY still did not turned. In customer care also no one listens and ask to email the complaint, Is this the work what we has to do after taking connection from you guys ? Either consider my complaint and arrange to activate my connection as soon as possible or else refund my money. This is really making restless now and mentally harassing too.
