Mts — New Dongle Purchased on 04/07/'15 but not Working | |||
I am using MTS LAVA dongle from November 2015.There was no complaint with that dongle. But I lost that dongle on 02nd July 2015 and purchased another dongle (ZTE) on 04/07/'15 from your authorized dealer E4SPEED, SARoad Vytila-682019. But when I connect it to my laptop instalation is not happening and the dongle is not working. Then I gave a complaint to your dealer and he forward it to YL-MTSCOMPL on 06 July 2015 and is registered (JUL/1679). Instead of providing me a new dongle in place of the faulty dongle which I have purchased as brand new for Rs.1500/-, your person is telling that he can give only a repaired dongle which was used by someone else. This is unacceptable to me. So I request you to provide me a new dongle immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
