It was very worst experience with MTS. In there website and advertisement, they were given two customer care 155 and 955. They were saying 155 for mobile prepaid and postpaid customers. 955 for smart phone and data card customers. But as postpaid customer if you have call 155 they will direct you to call 955. If you 955 they will simply say this only for data card customers not for others.
Like this they won't answer your question when ask about bill and payment details...
Even I have tried to reach MTS Appellate Authority but answered once after two days but after they are not replying to my queries...
I don't have record voice. There few problems with bill system by that they were charging more. Sample of last month bill...
As per my plan all local calls free (unlimited) First two sms charged per month after that no charges for daily 100sms.
As per there itemized bill look at how it has be charge but they charged more than 200...
