Mts — NO Customer Service, No Action Agaist Customer Complaint, Worst Speed problem

Dear MTS, data card No: [protected] Your guys sold the MBlaze Ultra Wi-fi data card with a promised speed of 9.8 Mbps for 40 GB data per month to me on 4th Oct'14, activated the same on 6th Oct'14. And I have not received It's been a week since I bought this and even for a second I could not see at least 1 MBps on my screen during speed test. Though I gave a complaint on the very next day of the activation i.e. 7th Oct'14, nobody has responded or called at least to enquire about my problem yet and today is 16th Oct'14. If i called your customer care they are simply begging my apology and saying once again i put a request, your issue will be resolved in 24 hours. You just sold me a plastic item for Rs. 1650/- using your sales technique and you are going to charge me Rs. 1125/- at the end of the month for not using your bloody service. In addition to this looting, now in your receipt mail, you say, 40 GB cannot be used at our discretion i.e. 20 GB during day & 20 GB during night. Your sales person(siva: [protected]) did not inform me. he offered 40Gb unlimited for 999/-.& the same advertisement palm-let was there in my dongle package & i bought the same. Later at time of activation also no body informed the plan as 20D + 20N. Really i dont need single MB in daytime. This also very disgusting. While i asked your customer care caller, he was saying apology instead of changing plan or taking complaint about this.I didnot understand are doing business or begging public money. My final conclusion is Yous MTS Service is not up to your advertisements or promises. All are issues in your product. ( Activation Delay, No proper intimation of plan that you are activating, no Network finally no Internet. Dam sure, once check the google or in consumer complaints. all are simple resolvable problem. but not looking after those. This showing your interest in business. Simply selling gives money at present. but sure with in 3 or 4 Months you will be vanished in industry. Not even "appellate.[protected]@mtsindia.in" was not responding towards the isssue. I gave complaint to appellate before 2day-16-Oct. Regards
