[Resolved] Mts — No Network And commit for better 3G+ Speed

I bought MTS MBlaze data Card on 6th Nov 2014 and they commit that u'll get 3G speed but there is no such speeed at the time of connecting to the internet. Past 6 days i'm getting PPP link control protocol terminiated i registered my complaint to MTS customer care on 18th dec 2014. They're only saying that is some Location(Shivpuri, Krishna Nagar delhi-51) network issue. Now i tried it on another location(Lajpat Nagar-110024) but there is also i'm getting same problem, then i called to customer care now they're saying that there is also location network issue.
I'm very frustrated from MTS MBlaze Data card i'm not connecting to the internet so i return my money back.
