Sir,
I would like to inform that i have complaint to CS on 2nd day of activation of data card-MTS that there is connectivity issue and I am not getting speed as you have convinced me to purchase.
I have sent several mails to customer care for site survey or to refund my hard earn money back against the dongle which is useless but customer care is not responding positively.
At the time of purchase from the vendor, it was told to me that dongle will be refund if there would be connectivity issue at your local area.
Below are the complaint no.

SEP/5452 (14-Sep-15)
I got shocked when it was told to me that i have used 3 GB from within 8-9 days. If my data card is hardly working then how can i use 3 GB within 8-9 days.
They have misguided me just to sell their product and request your support pls.
