I bought a mts mblaze (Meid a0000041c7d66, imsi [protected], mdm [protected]) for a postpaid broadband connection from babli media centre, near gariahat. Store manager prabir chakraborty.
But after paying in full amount for the product no proper bill was not given and after insisting much he promised to give the bill but to be collected by me itself after few days. May be he or your concern do not value for time but i do.
I was promised that there will good network at my area and the speed of broadband will be between 4 - 8 mbps. But after connecting the dongle i found there was weak network and the speed was not more than 100 kbps.
I called the store manager as well your customer care and after waiting 2 days when the matter was not resolved i went to the store to surrender the product and get my money back. But the store manager kept insisting to wait and promised me he will take the charge and resolve the matter soon through talking to your technical persons.
But, neither the store manager did anything to solve the matter nor your servicing team ever visited my residence to see where the problem lies.
Although your billing section is very active and kept on disturbing me on phone or by sms to pay the pay the bill.
But i can not understanding what for i am going to pay, am i going to pay the bill for service which i did not get.
All these detail information is being conveyed to your billing section and to your customer care but you billing department without resolving the matter keep on pushing rather giving warning that my broadband are going to be disconnected if the due bill amount is not paid. Thisconnection is really ridiculous, the connection to be disconnected which is not there at all. Is this type of fraud business you are offering to your customers.
Now the store manager is refusing to refund the money i have paid for the dongle which is useless to me rather he insisting on to return the dongle to him without refunding the money.
