Mts — Non Activation of MTS dongle no. [protected] from last 1 month

This is not a good practice I have bought MTS dongle 1.5 months ago. It is not activated yet. I have already called to customer care more than 30 times. Calling cost to customer care & time is disgusting. They are neither returning it nor giving me solution to fix the problem. Its really bad service from MTS. What should I do now ? Please help.
