Mts — Non guidance for activation | |||
Dear Sir I have brought a MTS device for my internet usage on 24 March 2015 in Pondicherry and I came to Hyderabad. Now I am in Hyderabad only due to my job. I was trying to activate my account ([protected]) but I cant do so. I try to get the help of customer care ([protected]) they are treated me bad. they are not willing to get my compliment also and not connecting to technical team after a hard try they have taken only feedback (NO: MAR14567 and MAR14841) on 26 march 2015. till date I cant able to use MTS Internet and I cant activate my account. But today (29 march 15) when I called for feedback to customer care its surprise me that my compliant MAR14841 was resouved and my account was activated. when I rejected the statement they reverting me back saying to recheck after strong voice they just reactivate the compliant MAR14841 and not willing to take the compliant agents technical team and to my other surprise the Sr. Executive stated that they have registered ALL MY COMPLIANT UNDER FEEDBACK AND NOT COMPLIANT.
