Mts — Non receipt of bills for last three months for our data card no.[protected]

Dear Sir,
It is surprising that I am not getting the hard & soft copy of my data card No.[protected] after repeat request from your customer care services.The bill are reinburse to me from the company.Please look into the matter & advise to send the bill for July August at least.
