Mts — non recharging my MBLAZE data card after purchasing data card

Dear Sir or madam, I would like to inform you that on 2013 i have purchased a Mblaze data card from my nearest Mblaze delear, vide MDN no [protected], and SN no 9a130801F925, on that time i have got free 10 Gb data, but after used it, then i was unable rechage it, when i went for recharge then its said that the recharge amount is not applicable for your number, i had several call to the customer care, bu they are unable to solved it. so kindly see the matter, take the needfull as early as possible, my alternative mobile no is [protected].
