Hi Team, I have purchased MTS Blaze data card on 19th June 2015 online and it got delivered within 2 days. At the time of delivery i have submitted my photograph, later on shared scan copy of documents on mail to the vendor Thinkofus, all legal documents like Pan card, UID, Rent agreement which was asked. One of their representative visited my place for verification and it was done. After 2 days when i called think o[censored]s to check the status of activation of my data card, they told me my documents got rejected coz date has not been renewed in rent agreement, I said Ok. Then i renewed my Rent agreement and shared scan copy of same on Mail. After a week no body responded, when I called then they said ki address is not matching therefore documents rejected. No body responds until n unless I don't take follow up. Also they told me ki share the document of any of your friend who is having permanent address proof supporting address of Delhi. I shared the same on mail 3 days ago. I take follow up on regular basis on mail, still no body in their team are courteous to respond. Its almost month passed and data card not been activated not even they are making refund. I got pissed off with such lay back attitude of Think o[censored]s and MTS services.
