Mts — Not addressing the complaints against waiver n device problem

My name is arnab Chowdhury n email id is [protected]@gmail.com. from last 1 months I m facing device problems so can't used the data so why should I pay the full bill as if I have not used the data. My plan is 40gb @ 1000. N customer care executive behaviour is so rude enough name prasenjit halder n shivshankar. Please do the needful.
