Mts — Not even 1% professionalism entire customer care team complaint team and technical team | |||
Hi all, I am having speed issue with my mts data card mblaze, for that i have raised so many complaints and no action taken and they simply closed my all complaint tickets for this july 2015 month raised " not even called me and not even tried to resolved my issues and finally they not even confirm to call if this issue is solved or not" without informing me all these things they simply closed all my tickets. . . Jul / 7158 - closed without solving issue and not even informed me Jul / 8185 - closed without solving issue and not even informed me Jul / 9388 - closed without solving issue and not even informed me Jul / 10501 - closed without solving issue and not even informed me Really worst service and worst culture from these people, better to stay away from buying mts mblaze data card. . . There is no professionalism by all teams like 1) customer care team 2) complaint team 3) technical team (Mainly) Was this information helpful? | |||
