Mts — Not getting proper connectivity through MTS Broadband device | |||
Hi MTS Team, In the month of August'14, I bought MTS device: [protected] with the plan of 999Rs per month (40GB) and the MTS executive promised us that the speed of the device will be around 3Mbps to 5Mbps, however this is not the case. We are hardly getting proper connectivity with this device at our location and the speed is not more than 10Kbps. It is not a single day case but it is happening every day. Also, the speed fluctuates a lot and most of the time the Internet gets disconnected. I am highly unsatisfied with this MTS broadband service as I am not getting the proper services which I was promised of. Hence please check what is the problem behind this OR simply return my money (which I spent on this pathetic device) so that I could switch to another broadband services offered by different companies.
