[Resolved] Mts — Not sending the post for the bill payment on time neither reminding through Gmail

I have purchased a device MTS Blaze and during filling the form i was asked how do you want the information regarding your bill so i told that i want it through post...but my device was activated on 11 July and its 20 August even till now i have not got any post from the MTS Company such bad service i have never seen before...if you tell to do something than complete it. I maild the customer care to ask for my bill payment date and it was than when i was replied and told that is 18 of every month when i have to pay the bill. Isn't it your responsiblity to send the post when you said it ?? I have a post pay plan and now i paid my boll myself and told that Rs.100 extra charge will be taken for the delay of bill payment but as it is not my fault i am not going to pay any extra money. So i request you not to add that 100 rs to my bill.
