I have a MTS datacard which I have bought from MTS before 6 months. Now this data card (dongle) is not giving the speed they promised.

I have complained about the problem before 2 months at one of their outlets. They said it's a problem in this region and will be resolved in new one month.
But the problem still continued. So I called their customer service department and they said that they will resolve the problem in between 22 hours.
This is what I got from them.
Your complaint no. JUL/2244 has been registered on 08-JUL-2015 12:41:15 . Your complaint will be resolved by 22 working hours. Thank you.
But no response from them yet (6:01 am 10 July). And I have lost many valuable time because of this and I was delayed in some of my works.
Please take immediate action on this case.
