Mts — Packaging Mistake of MBLAZE dongel

I have bought mblaze ultra, MDN no.[protected] on 23rd MAY from SOLUTIONS UNLIMITED, but they have delivered any other dongel MDN no.[protected], this was due to the packaging mistake. The MEID no. on the packet is not matching with the DONGEL's MEID as in my sent pictures, IN the profile of [protected], my mobile no.[protected] is given, but any other name and his address is given in the profile.The owner of [protected] is Swapan Ghara, but there is given Subhra Chandan Mondal, and his alternative contact no. is [protected]. The office has taken the dongel for exchange but they returned the same dongel [protected] again, I have complained to many of MTS customer care no, but all are giving me another mobile no. for the solution, I have also visited head office but they can't do anything, today they have me another contact no. for solution A bill is sent to my mobile for [protected] which is not my number I have been struggling with this problem since last one month, I have done many phone calls, My time has been gone to wastage for this. So i request you to solve this problem as quick as possible.
