YOU PEOPLE ARE THE WORST AND YOUR SERVICE SUCKS!!! I regret being with MTS since I have been experiencing issues with the speed which is PATHETIC! A mere 0.5Mbps is the Download speed which I get on a 9Mbps MTS Mblaze modem with the number [protected]. Worst service and an even worse service provide. I spoke with your cust care who said there is an outage which will another 4 weeks. WT[censored] Shame on you people for not even informing your customer and btw, I have been experiencing this issue for a few months now. Call once for the same issue and was unsatisfied that I never called back. I will share this issue and the call recording with your customer care and supervisor on every social website including facebook and youtube and tell people not to go for such lame company who can charge you hefty amount but fails to provide the services.
