I have two Data cards with MTS [Old No. [protected]] & [New No. [protected]]. I have lost my old data card, without knowing this, I have recharged an amount of Rs. 600/-. I have called customer care and they refused to replace my old Datacard and also not refunded my reccharged amount. I went ahead and purchased a new data card for continuing my service. This happened 6 months back, this month i accidentally recharged an amount of Rs. 500/- to my old account instead of new one. I have called MTS customer care and requested either to refund or transfer the recharge amount to new number. Again, they refused to do so and the wierd answer I got from the agent any 10 digits you punch in, it recharge that number. I shouted at them finally they created a case on 24th Dec at 10 PM [Case No: DEC/12121] and got a message it will be resolved within 12 hours time frame. Now, it almost more than 24 hours and I have called more than 4 times no concrete rsolution on this. I was very disappointed about this pathetic service. Was this information helpful? |
We are fully sensitized to your concerns. Further recharging a wrong number or recharging with a wrong denomination through web option, we would like to inform you that we do not have such provision as the details were entered by the customer only. Hence, we unable to process your request for refund/correction.
