I am an existing customer of MTS Ultra MBlaze (data card number [protected]) and have subscribed to Rs. 999 (40 GB unlimited) plan. I recieved an SMS from MTS (YD-MTSSER) that my plan has been changed to 30 GB (15GB Day + 15GB night) for the same Rs. 999, without anything request raised from my end.
I called on your customer care and I was informed that the plans have been changed, however the 40 GB plan still exists on the website. Just want to understand that how can the plan data be reduced without reducing the price. I wrote to company and recieved the message that the plans have been changed and your new plan will be this only.
I have invested Rs 1500 in the dongle as I liked the 40GB plan, but now when the plan is reduced, there is no incentive for me as my data requirement is high. Changing the plan after the customer has bought the hardware is highly unfair on the part of the company.
I have therefore requested company o terminate my plan and refund my intial Rs.1500 of dongle.
