I have bought MTS postpaid data card before 2 weeks and I am using it from 10th of November month. Till today I have not received the minimum speed you have assured. I am getting just 100kbps where as they promised 9.2 Mbps.. Real PATHETIC . Please look at the screenshot attached. I am getting 50-100kbps only. I have raised 2 complaints NOV/3927, NOV/4735.
I have not recieved any call so far and I can see that MTS team has closed the first complaint without fixing the issue.I have already called MTS customer care at least 10 times without any one looking at the issue. I expect better customer service from MTS.
It is 15 days with 50 kbps
