Mts — Poor Response | |||
I have bought a MTS data card and it cant be activated.Whenever I tried to call the toll free number it is always busy throughout the day and if i tried to contact them via service charged call they would be picking my call immediately.The response they show is very irritating and whatever they say in their words will never be done in their actions.I spent nearly Rs 200 in complaining about the data card to them.Whenever I complain about my situation they would tell it will be resolved within 2 days but will not be solved even for 20 days or even 2 months.My 1000 INR which i spent in buying my data card goes in vain Was this information helpful? | |||
