MTS Postpaid Data Card — Worst Connection ever I faced the issue

Hi, This is Pradeep Kumar from Jalladaiyanpet, Chennai. I taken the MTS postpaid data card connection (40 GB WIFI with 3G and 9.8 Mbps) on November 2nd and it get activated on 5th 2014.They collected Rs. 1000 for the data card and they promised for upto 2mbps speed in my area while buying. Pradeep Kumar Registered Mobile Number: [protected] E-mail Id: [protected]@gmail.com From the date I taken the connection, the connection is very slow (dead slow). I checked my connection in http://speedtest.net site, it showing only 0.02 KBPS as download speed and 0.05 KBPS as upload speed. I made a call to customer care, they informed the MTS tower is in my area, that is nearby my home. So their customer executive will boost the connection. But I'm not getting any signal strength in this. I keep on calling to customer care and informing about the speed issues, they informed like the issue will get resolved within 2 days. Each and every 2 days I will make a call and ask for the speed issue. And again they will ask me to wait for another 2 days. I send a mail to MTS concern team but they informed it will processed as soon as possible. But it really not. So I asked for WAIVER option atleast for 4 days that also they rejected. There is no rule of providing WAIVER option in MTS I think. I got frustrated and inform to MTS to disconnect my MTS connection on 26th Nov 2014 and I informed the customer care please generate the bill what I used the internet so far. Customer care promised that I will get the bill what you used like that. But I got Rs. 935 for (Nov'5th - Nov 29th) 2014. I was shocked and informed to customer regarding the bill payment, they informed that they charged for the daily basis. I filed a lot of complaints but they are not bother about that and they informed once the bill was generated whatever it may be we need pay the bill without any choice. I'm ready to pay my bill its not a big deal, but without utilized internet properly why should I pay the bill. Bill payment team called me to pay the bill. I informed I will pay. He is harshly saying I need to pay my bill. I paid my bill. Money is not big deal, MTS don't know to give services to the customer and I dont know the customer care team they trained properly or not. They are not talking in the professional manner especially bill payment team. User who is reading this complaint I humbly suggest you please dont take any MTS postpaid data connection any more. They are giving the false promise and they are not servicing properly but they will generate the bill and harshly inform to pay the bill for that month. They will not bother about your complaints, concerns but need to pay that month bill. So please be care ful and dont go for MTS.
