Mts — Regarding Balance Deduction

Myself Devendra Sharma, First time user of poor service with MTS... from first day to till now may b 4 months has been spend but MTS Company (MTS) continue deduct the balance and there is no proof... many times i was told to CCE's but no response and replied we return your balance within 24 to 48 hours, but after 48 hrs no balance recd... again i call than they replied wait for 4 hrs... after 6 hrs BALANCE RETURN but again start a new promotional service and deduct the same... again i call how it is... than they again replied wait for 24 to 48 hrs... its a very difficult problem with me... i m suffering pls help me
