Dear Sir/Mam, I am very disappoint with your service .Please Clarify I have purchased MTS Mblaze wifi data card ( 550 Postpaid 5GB Day & 5GB Night Unlimited Plan) from MTS shop Pinjarapaol Gaushala Jaipur on 05/01/2015. All Documents Submitted on same date (DL, Electricity Bill & 01 Passport Size Photo). MTS Device Details- MDN no.-[protected] Rajesh Kumar Meena Registerd Phone no.-[protected]. Tele Verification done on 07/01/2015. Physical Verification Done also on 07/01/2015. Till Date Customer Care is Replying Your Physical Verification is showing Negative. MTS Office Jaipur Representative (Mb no.-[protected]) is Replying your Physical Verification is positive and sent the same on 07/01/2015 to your MTS head Office. Your Physical Verfication Representative ( Ph no.[protected] Replied also that your Physical Verification is positve. But Till Now My Data Card is not activated.
