I have bought MTS wifi on 24th of May 2015 and retailer said that it will be activated in 2 hours but it did not.
Then I tried calling him many times and he didn't answer my call. Somehow I reached him and he said that it will
activate after 2 days of verification. I am really pissed off. The delivery boy came for verification put my call
on hold for 15 minutes and was very bad spoken. He said that come to home for verification in 5 minutes (Is this logical?)
and he used many words which he should not. MTS humiliated me...
Retailer was abusive in language and he made me suffer. He took 1500 Rs and yet my problem is not solved.
I want your help to fix this problem.
