[Resolved] Mts — Related to bill | |||
Sir, i was using one MTS Data card. number is [protected].I was not getting gud servise thats why company itself told me to close this connection. I gave the request in customer care on August 29, 2014 and they told within 24 hours your servise will be deactivate. I already paid the bill till July 2014 month and i paid 1000rs security deposite too. They told about august bill that it will be adjust with security deposite.Like it my all dues over with MTS.Iwent in MTS office too and i conform for my service deactivation. They too told that its terminated.But till now i am getting the bill with fine. when i am contacting in customer care.. they are telling to me to pay all the money immediately.Sir. this is not a matter for money.. its just like a mentaly disturbence..
