Mts — Return of MTS card

I have purchased MTS post paid connection No.[protected] on 15 Jan 2015 from Hot Nehru Place as per bill attached. I am not able to use it because of network problem as it is not working on my PC. I complained many times but the issue was not solved even after the visit of engineer. I want to return it, so kindly mail us the address where we can return. I have mailed on 1st February but still don't get where I can return the card.
