Mts — Scam in billing | |||
MTS is cheating me for past 3 months billing. I mailed them to disconnect my line 3 months back but they continue to send bill and also they were telling me that i used some data's. Once i called customer service they were told that discontinuation of line should be raised by calling customer service only not through email so and then I asked the same representative to raise the discontinuation of line and he also confirmed. Later on again i received bills from the fraud company and they told they will file complaint against me. Since I am in out of station I don't want to waste my time on travelling to my home town and work location. So I paid the bill amount of 2500 and asked legal team to discontinue my line. But now again I am receiving bill and calls from the company to pay the bill again. Help me out on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
