Mts — SIM not acitivated

I hve MTS connection, but sim got damaged. So i went to MTS outlet gave ID & address proof, old sim card and purchased new sim, paid the charges. For more than 24 hrs the sim is yet to be activated. I asked customer care, they say ask outlet, I ask out let they say ask customer car. Lously, Irritating service by the Russian company MTS. -sam
