Hi

i was using mblaze dongle for some months due to some issues i could not use it for 5 months and now they say that the connection has been disconnected.the dongle which i was using is of no use and throw in dustbin.i contacted them they said to buy a new dongle for 2000. is this a game of sweeping money from customers. i strongly reject this acts and request you to do a act of justice.

Porting ID not issued

Hi, i'm fed up with the mts ppl's response... firstly i sent the port message in febraury, i dint get my porting id. i keep on calling to customer care always same reply wait for 24 hrs... and then again after 1 and half month i sent the porting id again in mid of march finally after scolding so much got my porting id... but they used cal daily and harass me to stay in their network so they'l credit 0 rs currency.. i said...

Net connection not working

Iam having MTS blaze prepaid dongle. From last 2 3 few months i have not used it because i heard news about MTS that Company is closing in few months. In this month i want to use net so i called MTS customer care. They told me it is working in delhi and NCR region and also work in roaming.

I recharged my dongle with RS 249 but it is still not working. Then again i called customer care and they took 1 hour and at last told me...

Internet Fraud

I bought a MTS MBlaze connection ([protected]) few months back. They promised a speed o[censored]pto 3.1Mbps. I thought atleast sometimes it will work at a speed of 3.1Mbps. it never even goes up 0.5Mbps. How can the government let the company makes so fraud commitments.

Since last few days...it is not working at all and when I try to call the customer care..the call keeps getting disconnected.

please help...

Cancellation not effective

I got an MTS dongle([protected]) by early March. That did not work on my laptop even after infinite number of attempts. The company did not send any technical help to assist me in connecting. I complained but they paid no heed. They sent me a bill for the days until April 18th for INR695. Deduction of Amount

This is to Inform you all that MTS has one of the Worst customer care service, they deducting Amount from my Balance every Month. This has been Continuing for Past 3 Months. I have asked them to Unsubscribe that service but they didn't do it. I m informing this for 3 Months

Asking payment without Speed

Unwanted and harassment charges on MTS

I took mts postpaid mblaze connection (mts no. [protected]) . The offer was if I pay rs 900 for data card I will have free one month service. But they even sent a bill for 5 days used in dec. Useless Billing

Today I got a call from Satveer Singhrana ([protected]) and he said I got a case in Delhi High Court and asked to call his senior for clarification, Mr Ranveer([protected]). When I called he said you have Rs.1399 bill payment left, which is another story. I asked for night plan and they gave day plan which was much more costly and fired up a bill of Rs.1399.

I think they are from MTS only and trying to scare me so that i pay...

MTS Data Card Deactivated

very low internet speed

I bought MTS MBalze since 1 month ago. my no. is - [protected]..after 2-3 dayz my net speed went down which is now approx 30-40 kbps avg on 3.1 mbps plan.and my usage data is abt 10 GB.

can't connect to internet
