MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Billing and settlement fraud.

For clarification i will paste the e-mail i send to mts and there reply back to me after that incident guy called me for settlement and send e-mail from official e-mail id (Shailendra. [protected]@mtsindia.in) and i settle the amount mentioned on there mail same days with in 15 minutes of receiving there mail. Now after 6 days mts again start calling me and start sending sms and e-mail to me asking for money. When ask for e-mail address person provide me e-mail address ([protected]@gmail.com) which look like fraudulent to me. Settlement e-mail from mts is attached with this e-mail. Settlement amount i was ready to pay was again more that i use mts service they disconnected my connection on 1 week of july and my payment till april was cleared so i was only left with may payment and 3-4 days of july which should not be more that rs. 1400/- including taxes.

Please check the e-maili send to mts and there reply you will get to know about there customer services efficiency and way of handling the complaint.

I got at least 30 call from you end regarding payment due for [protected]. I never denied payment to single person. Your earlier advisor was rude and talking lies. Later on few people i guess from recovery were talking sense and at least 3 person agreed terms with me but never send e-mail to me for agreed amount which they promised one of them has sent me sms from personal number but i ask him i need mail or sms from mts official id.

Giving you bit of brief about the issue. I called on december to cancel my mts connection because i moved to ahmadabad from delhi you advisor suggest me not to cancel connection because mts don’t charge for data roaming but did not specify that it’s only for few state, so i was in impression that its free all over india.in may 2016 i moved to pune which is not come under free data roaming. Which i am not aware about and i did not receive any mail or sms while using the data card and i am not happy to pay roaming charges.

Which i explain to your advisors who called me for payment. Then as i mentioned few of your people came to term with me to pay rs. 2300 and will close the connection but every time i was promised that i will receive mail from mts saying rs. 2300 will be my full and final payment but none of you people send any e-mail to me.

Now you must have sent my file to recovery department to whom i am not interested to make any payment. My case should have be settle by your company advisor itself if people who call me should have know how to speak with customer.

I wants to settle the amount for which i have used the services and was agreed with you advisor.

I am also working for telecom industry so stop calling me saying call from court. Its sound childish stop doing all this rubbish. Just send me e-mail from mts e-mail stating “rs. 2300 will me the final payment and you are closing my connection and i don’t own any more payment to mts after this” and i will clear the payment same day.

You have expressed your concern in the email dated sat, 13th august '2016 regarding postpaid mts number [protected] about cancellation of your account, we would like to inform you that your number has already been temporarily disconnected since 14-jun-16 due to exceeded credit limit. We request you to pay your outstanding amount of rs 3244 and write us back to raise a request for account cancellation.

About roaming charges, we would like to inform you that we are giving high speed in only mts circles (Delhi, uttar pradesh (W), gujarat, karnataka, kerala, rajasthan, tamil nadu, kolkata and rest of west bengal) with no extra usage charges. However, customer roaming in other than mts circles will be charged a fixed rate of 3 paise per 100 kb for all data consumed.in bihar, assam, jammu & kashmir and north east states, currently we are not providing voice and data services. We are also not providing voice services in panchkula, chandigarh, mohali, lucknow and kanpur, though there is no impact on the data card roaming.

Further to the above details, we would also like to share the below details pertaining to roaming usages and charges in other than mts circles.
