I m using mts post paid no [protected]. Such is the level of worst services mts i cant tell you in one email. My bill of rs 672 was due on july 18 i made a payment of rs 700 in the morning of july 18 2016. I got the message from mts at 7:48 am that they have received my payment, now as per your company policy you de-activate the number if the payment is not received with seven days from due date. When i have made the payment and your system has sent me the acceptence message then why the hell did you stop my services for one long week, services started on 25b jul. Your customer care executives are just good for nothing holding people for long. They are the most bad people on earth. Mr lokesh, mr deepak, mr pankaj, miss shreya i spoke to all of them at [protected]. Your services sucks mts. I had a presentation on 19 july and it came as a huge embarrasment for me when your device did not work. Due to which i suffered some financial looses also, in the mean while i had to spend more than rs 500/- for recharging my mobile to talk to your executives and other so called fool seniors who kept me on hold for long hours. I have submitted a copy of this complaint to trai and consumer forums also. Please note that your services and people are worst on earth. Now the above forums will take up the matter with you.
