MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — discontinuation of mts mblaze

I have sent repeated mail to rcom and mts customer care to stop the service of my mts mblaze postpaid data card, but did not receive any reply from any one of the service provider.
Please note that i have paid my this month's bill and i am not using my mts dongle for a long time (Last 2/3 months). I would request you to please take action on this urgently as i am not going to pay any more bills next month onwards

Updated by t_gh Please note that I tried to send mails to MTS Customer care but it could not be delivered for some mail server configuration issue.

I have a prepaid data card ([protected]) which is not working since last recharge of Rs. 499/- . Transaction id is [protected]. Anything that can be done regarding a restoration of the service?

I am using mts sim. Now mts network is not available. I have get porting code but unfortunately my phone is format. I lost my mts porting code. Now mts sim network not available. I need porting code and this is my mts number ([protected]).please accept my porting request.
