I m a mts postpaid customer. I have been using data card service since last 2 years. Last month in the first week (05/07/17) i had called the customer care and asked them to de-activate the connection. The customer care executive asked me to make the payment (1150 rs) for the month of june + 190rs for the first 5 days of july. After making the payment i called the customer care, they said that the service will be deactivated within 24 hrs. After that i never used the data card. But again this month i have received the bill. I again called the customer care and briefed them about the issue. But now again they are asking me to pay the bill (989 rs). The mistake is from their side that they have not deactivated the data card services even after i called them more than 10 times and requested.
Today (02/08/17) i spoke to the customer care executive and i made the payment (989 rs) even after not using the data card, then again the customer care executive is asking me to pay 78rs.
Now i 'm going to write articles/blogs on various sites about the worst services of mts and why people should not go for it.
