MTS-Very poor quality and customer service.
1) Even with all the offers and plans around, they don't do justice to customers. Their plans are very bad and in effect cheating customers. Their connection is low and doesn't match other networks even in urban areas.
2) They keep on changing their "night time" for Mblaze users so that you really don't use your night data and lapses data every month. their night data usage time is from 12 am to 6 am. How reasonable and just is that?
3) They fine you straight Rs. 100 extra if you are not able to make the payment before 18th every month or even if you pay it on the 19th.
4) They don't have facilities to transfer a postpaid connection to prepaid on request through e-mail by the customer, they insist the customer visit their shops. That too in the era you can port your number to any network through only a call. How ancient is MTS!!
5) They don't even care to give proper redressal of customer grievances. They clearly don't care about customers and dont even try to retain long term customers.
6) Their Mbaze modem is a useless one time expense, never buy it. Was this information helpful? |
