MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — Mts complaint is not resolved till 8 days

I have complained to mts customer care about the speed issue even there are high speed data in my account on 24th july.
Complaint no is : july/3150
Datacard number : [protected]
But seems they will resolve my issue on the 1st august. There are 8 days gaps during the solution process. I am not satisfy with their service. And they send me the full amount of bill. But i have not able to use any data during these 8 days. So i sent an email for the waiver that 8 days amount from my bill. But they are not agree with that.
I am not satisfy with their answer.
So i want to disconnect post paid data card services of number [protected]. From next time onwards i dont want any bill generation for this number. Otherwise i have to go to consumer court.

I beg you please stop my all services for this number. I am tired of calling your customer care number they told me they told me we already stop your services than why i am getting bill for last 3 month...please forgive me i choose you..for god sack please stop all the services for [protected]
