MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — mts data card not working & i am charged yet | |||||
I have been using mts data card for more than two years now. I have been paying my bills regularly. From nov 3 my mts data card was not working and i also got an sms that rcom has acquired mts on the same day. That is the only message i got, after that i haven't received any message or e-mail regarding the vendor change and the customer care number details etc. Then i tried contacting mts customer care, through the number available in the internet and me, but i got a reply that the number does not exist. And the mts website is also not accessible. Usually the monthly bill gets generated on 16th or 17th of every month, this month (Nov 2017) i received the bill in sms to my mobile for inr 1179/- on nov 25 2017 and it is dated on nov 16 2017, that too from rcom. Now i dont know how to contact the customer care to rectify this. Also i am also being cheated by not providing the customer service, the product is not working and the vendor wants me to pay for the not working product and not used data.
