My balance data is automatically reducing..
I verified in my system, auto update is already disabled..

I have complained the same to customer care 7 times they are not ready to take as complaint.

Most of the time customercare executives are disconnecting my call in between the call.

Mts is the worst customercare i ever seen.

This is my final request.

Please do the needful.
