Not using Service but still paid 4000

I was using MTS Internet service [protected] from June 2014 to June 2015, I travelled oversees after June 2015, and took my MTS device with me,
I requested for deactivation, which didnt happened immdiately I paid for service which I was not suing from June 2015 to September 2015. Even then I got bill statement from MTS for OCT, I called & shouted @ them for reason for my deactivated account, they said it will be cancelled

Now, from May 2016 nearly after 6 months, I am getting Legal Notice directly for payment of outstanding bill, I haven't received any bill statement legal notice directly.
I called MTS Customner care, no response. I emailed no response, just getting Legal Notice daily, no response on my calls & clarification,


I am not in India from past 1 year, hence not using my MTS broardband for past 1 year from July. I have informed MTS to deactivated my account from July, but they failed to do it on time, hence I was forced to pay for services which was not active and used. I paid for service which was used for July, August, September which will around 4000

Again on October 2015, I receive bill, I immediately contacted MTS on Oct 3, Email attached, no response from them #Still I contacted the person from oversees, they said its some mistake, I should not receive my bill statement for my MTS

Now suddenly, I am receiving legal notice from VIJAI ASSOCIATES ADVOCATES without any notification / pending bill statement

When I can pay ~ Rs.4000 for the service which was used/active from July to Sept, which was mistake from MTS service team. paying 114 Rs is not difficult, but I do not expect Legal notice like above without bill statement from MTS. Can you please forward me email of bill statement first and give me due date before sending me legal notice, . On receiving bill statement I can/will pay Rs.114 immediately. I don't even remember my MTS details. And request you to kindly withdraw the Legal notice against me


I am calling Mr. Mani on Contact No. +91-[protected], which is not reachable always

Also email reply from MTS, just receiving NOTICE which is not advised, I am forced to take legal action against MTS


Note: If MTS Customer Services are recording the customer calls for audit purpose, I could suggest to cross verify my oversees call to MTS service center in month of Sept & Oct, The person said my account is deactivated, and no outstanding bills. It should be me taking action against MTS for delayed customer services and costs me ~4000.

Can some one guide me I would like take legal action on MTS from all psychological disturbance suffered by me.
