MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] — refund issue | |||||
Hi, I got my mts data card disconnected post april 2017. After which i was asked to return the device in order to get back the advance (Inr 1000) i paid initially. Its been almost 6 months since i have returned my device but didn't receive any refund till date. It was said to be refunded via cheque but till date i haven't received any cheque nor heard from mts. I tried sending mails to their customer care id: appellate. [protected]@mtsindia.in. But all of then never got delivered saying address in incorrect. Please do the needful.
