I got transferred from ahmedabad to a different region of the country and i had requested the mts team to disconnect my services on[protected] which was not disconnected by them stating a technical fault at that point of time and was assured the same will be done in another 48 working hours. Later the services were still active and i communicated the same to the person through whom i had activated the service. I had paid the last due amount of 1295/- on[protected] and the use of 9 days was assured to me to be deducted from my security deposit of rs 4000 which was taken by the agent who gave me the connection. Later on[protected] i got a call by mts tele-calling team that i have a due of rs 2197/- for which i explained the entire thing. The guy on the opposite line started abusing me and accusing that "'if i am not able to make a payment i should not use the service." after that their was no communication for 2months and suddenly on[protected] i got a call by mts team representative that their is a notice in tees hajari court for your non payment case and you are requested to make the payment in next 1hr for which i made a payment of the said due amount directly using an online portal. But later again today i. E[protected] i received a mail that the amount is pending and i need to make a payment. I only want below explainations from the team 1. I want the person who has abused me to apologise for the conduct language. 2. What about the payment i had made through online transaction.?? Was this information helpful? | |||||
