Sir, Myself NILESH RAVAL service No [protected] from RAJKOT I reference to my payment due of the above mentioned No I would like to inform you that I already paid the amount of Rs. 1485 to your MTS store named NET IKON on Dr. yagnik road, RAJKOT Bill No 8623 with the closer application of my MTS dongle. The person sitting at end, had confirmed the same and assured of the closer of my a/c in good faith. Then after I received a call from the company also for the improvement of the service and requested me to restart my services also. I was deliberately taken aback when I received an SMS for the bill generation though I had already closed my a/c with MTS. Please suggest why should I pay the amount as I have already closed my a/c with you. I had a good faith on your company till some days ago which has been collapsed by your legal notice and had filled my mind with stress and mental harassment. I would like you to check and collect the details and do the needful whether it is the fault at your end and bring me out of such mental harassment. Hoping to be favoured.
